(Due to the outrageous gas price surge in our community -- Concerned Prince Georgians decided to move this previously published post to the forefront of Prince George's Monitor). Does County Executive Jack Johnson have a position on this current crisis? (Maybe uh ... a trend toward telecommuting for County employees or, let's see uh -- county officials turning in their government owned vehicles that's kept full of gas at taxpayer's expense.

Thanks for bringing this Post to my attention again. Yeah ... what is the County Executive's position on the rising gas prices! Also, I haven't heard anything about what steps he's taking to balance this growing problem. I guess he's too busy with ribbon-cuttings. Also, just as important -- what is the County Executive's position on the rate hike with BG&E and PEPCO?
